Frequently asked questions
- What is Babillard?
- Babillard is a free website that brings together, in one place, Montréal student association events and housing (sublets, roommates) between verified students.
- Who is it for?
- For the student community of Montréal universities: UdeM, Polytechnique, HEC, UQAM, McGill, Concordia and ÉTS, and for their student associations.
- Is it free?
- Yes. No fees for students or associations, no ads, and we don't sell any data.
- Do I need an account to see events?
- Not for “Open to all” events. An account with a university email is needed for events limited to a university or an association, to say “I'm going”, and for housing.
- How does an association post its events?
- It creates an account with a university email, signs up the association, and after the Babillard team checks it (usually within 48 hours), posts events and chooses who can see them.
- Who is behind Babillard?
- A small independent team in Montréal. Contact: contact@notrebabillard.ca.
